• Email addresses — when you join the newsletter or course waitlist. These are stored with our email provider, Resend.
• Contact form data— your name, email address, optional phone number and organization, the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Booking data — when you schedule a session, your details are collected directly by Calendly. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• Anonymous analytics — Vercel Analytics records aggregate pageviews and Core Web Vitals. It uses no tracking cookies and no personal identifiers.
• Rate-limit metadata — to protect our forms from abuse, we briefly process your IP address (held transiently by Upstash, if configured) solely to count requests within a short time window.
• Error reports — if error monitoring (Sentry) is enabled, technical error details may be captured to help us fix problems. Personal information (such as email addresses) is scrubbed before any report is stored.

We collect information only for these explicit, limited purposes:

• Email addresses — to send the newsletter/educational content you asked for, and to notify waitlisted users when courses launch.
• Contact form data — to respond to your inquiry about speaking, workshops, or coaching.
• Booking data — to schedule and manage your session (via Calendly).
• Analytics — to understand aggregate Site usage and performance.
• Rate-limit metadata — to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
• Error reports — to detect and fix technical failures.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party service providers we use to operate the Site, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Resend — email delivery & newsletter audience
• Vercel — hosting & privacy-friendly analytics
• Upstash — rate-limiting (if configured)
• Sentry — error monitoring (if configured)
• Calendly — session booking

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

• Subscriber emails — until you unsubscribe or request removal.
• Contact form messages — up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Error logs — approximately 30 days.
• Analytics — retained indefinitely in aggregate, non-identifying form.
• Rate-limit metadata — held only for the duration of the short rate-limit window (minutes), then discarded.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe from emails);
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This Site does notuse tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. Note that Calendly may set its own cookies when you interact with its embedded booking widget — this is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
